• 1/2 cup fine oatmeal plus more for rolling
• 1.5 oz warm water
• Pinch salt to taste
HOW TO GET FESTY
- Mix the water into the oatmeal gradually to form a stiff dough like consistency.
- ‘Flour’ the worktop using a little more oatmeal and roll the dough to a thickness of 3-4mm.
- Place on the baking sheet and cut out your cockerel shape or shapes…like a cock/rooster!
- Bake in a hot oven at 430F for 10 minutes until the oats are cooked and starting to turn golden brown.
